Hard to start

Ok...check this one out...my 2007 power stroke is hard to start now when it's not been run recently...it's slow to accelerate, won't shift into second or third, seems like it's bucking back when I try to accelerate....Here's the kicker...after 3-5 mins,it's normal! Great acceleration and smooth shifting. The check engine light has just started to show its ugly head, but will disappear in a day or two, the surface again. Thoughts? It's got 95k on it...

My guess is fuel injectors...Same happened on my truck...They are sticky when cold and ran better when warmed up. The Check Engine light means the truck will throw some codes...I would guess some are reading low.

The injectors are scuffed. When the Inj's are cold the tolerance is great but when the engine warms that tolerance is taken up. And for the rest of the day it's fine right? If so look for a set of 8
