2003 6.0 wont start after warmed up

Hows everyone? new to this site! Was hoping someone can confirm my problem...Left work on thursday and headed to the bank, came out of the bank and truck would crank but didnt even think about firing...After about 30 mins it fired right back up...I drove it home and it did the same thing in the driveway...Mind you the truck is running perfect! I did look up at the ICP area from under the truck and i see oil up around the top of the bellhousing...Does this sound like bad ICP? I just dont want to spin my wheels chasing this problem...any ideas would be greatly appreciated! and from what ive read this replacement seems easiest and fastest from the bottom, correct?
