2006 f250 low idle 350rpms

Hello to eveyone. I am a new diesel owner. I bought my 2006 f250 king ranch last Sat. On my way home I noticed a little white smoke coming from exhaust. I put a fuel additive in on my first fill up and now it only smokes on cold start ups or if I am sitting at idle(350rpm) the smell is almost eye burning and smells like diesel fuel. I have kept my eye on the coolant and it hasn't gone down any. There are no check engine lights on. I have read that normal idle is 600-750rpm . It has a egr delete and a banks cold air with banks intake and down pipe with banks cat back exhaust. Any and all help be great. Thank you o all who respond in advance also I will post all my trail and error reports after attempting your solutions
