Runs rough, issue with oil

2000 f250, runs very rough, have an issue with oil dripping from the left exhaust manifold where it connects with the y pipe. its like its pumping oil from the cylinder? any ideas???

Pull off valve cover to get a better look at the inside

Well I'm going to get a snake camera to look below the head, when I move the push rod around there seems to be some movement below. Will this all tighten up as I install the push rods and rocker assembly?
