6.4 power hydroboost problems

Hey guys I am new but am lost with this. I had the belt come off because the tensioner pulley went bad, I replaced the thermostats, lower radiator hose (my guess is it got hit by the belt and started leaking) and put it all together. Went to start it back up, now my power steering whines and will foam up out of the resivor. I can feel crunchiness in the breaks along with when I turn te wheel. Now every shop I have talked to said to jack the front up and burp the system by turning the wheels, did that. Then they said to flush the system, did that and after 7 qt of fluid still had air in the clear line. Finding a leak is hard due to all the fluid I find that spilled out and is everywhere. So what's your thoughts?
