Need help with 1996 7.3

Truck start great no matter How cold, runs great for a short time however after a bit of driving the motor cuts in and out badly and sometimes will stall right out then refire right after this. It is a balmy -5 but fuel is great changed filter and the CPS right away, no codes or anything. This is no like 1 or 2 injectors missing from a bad valve cover gasket, its like the ignition flatt cuts in and out....please help im out od ideas other then maybe a fuel pump....? Its a very instant cut not like a laggy fuel issue. I took out the black CPS and replaced with Borg warner special and no change...Trucj has 322,000 miles on it. Thanks
