6.0 f250-skipping bad-whitesmoke

Hey guys I joined this forum to see if anyone could help with some problems that im having with my new to me 2005 f250 6.0 2wd.
I got it last week for a great deal. and its in amazing shape for an 05
it has 277k miles on it but I took a chance on it anyways because ive had ok luck with diesels and high mileage.
ok now to my problems.
The night I picked up the truck everything seemed ok.
well the next day I noticed a little skipping/bucking as take up and under a load.
well the day after that it stopped.
well today it started to blow white/blue smoke all over the road when taking off from stand still.
and now (today) ive decided to park it until fixed.
the truck is not showing a Engine light.
I assumed the worst (head gaskets) I did a chemical test where you put this blue fluid in a bottle then squeeze the plastic bubble on top when you place it on the de gas bottle. and it sniffs the fluid and checks for exhaust fumes. well everything checked out good.
ive read around on this great site all day and cant find my problem.
also after driving it if you pop the hood up it smells like burnt coolant. very strong as well.
truck also is leaking coolant in the front of the engine (think I have narrowed it down to water pump.
Also if you put the truck in park. And rev it up. Any where after 1k rpm it skips
There is no coolant smell at the tail pipe, just smells like fuel!
but if anyone can shed any light on whats going wrong with my truck I would be very grateful, for this one has got ,me stumped
