Rough running in the morning

Long time lurker, first time poster.

99 F250 7.3 with 345,000 miles on it.

Ive noticed the last few mornings that when I first start the truck it runs bad rough. The engine lopes and has the sound that it has a big cam motor in it. (If that makes sense to anyone) It is bad underpowered. I work about 5 miles from the house and about the time I get close to work it starts to run normal. At lunch time it runs fine as well as when I get off work and will continue to run fine if I use it the remainder of the day. It will not reproduce the issue until the next morning.

I looked under the hood and sure enough I have a leak from the HPOP area. Not sure if its an o-ring issue yet or something worse. Am I loosing oil pressure at the HPOP causing my injectors not to fire correctly?

If not what other issues might be causing this.

thanks in advance
