Crank no start

i have a 97 ford with 7.3 cranks but no start. went out one morning and just wouldn't start, repaced glow plugs,fuel pump, cleand out fuel res. real dirty! getting fuel both out the exaust and intake duct! could it be cmp sensor? and i may not be cranking at full rpm but very close. Any help would be greatly appreceiated!

I have similar situation have not solved yet. If you have a block heater plug it in and wait an hour my truck starts that way and the rest of day but not in am unless plugged in. I'll let you know what i find

did you check the glow plug relay? have you checked compression, fuel pressure as well?
