2000 7.3 Idles poorly upon warm up

I runs fine when it is cold but after warming up idles poorly and knocks. Put it in gear and give it power and runs fine. Its then sputters when u decelerate then back to crappy Idle all after warming up??

I have read everything from wire harness in rocker cover to Icp sensor elsewhere but I thought I would give this forum a shot! Thanks everyone!

it is the icp sensor to the right of the fuel filter housing on top of the intake manifold. just disconnect it and it should run fine or get one on ebay for $35 aftermarket.
