06 f350 Harley Edition Turbo issue

Need some help please!!!! Edge Evolution tuner. Just did a Sinister delete, bulletproof oil cooler kit and now I have 2 codes. P0410 exhaust gas recirculation flow insuff detected. P2262 Turbo boost press not detected-mechanical. Doesn't show boost on factory guage or on my tuner. sometimes when I clear the code while im driving, after awhile the boost will show but the engine light comes back on. boost sensor?

P2262-MAP-Turbo/Super Charger Boost Pressure Not Detected —Possible Causes: Mechanical CAC system leaks, MAP hose disconnected, exhaust system leaks, intake system leaks, tubocharger vane concerns.

i would check all the issues above except for the turbo vanes first. but i have seen turbo vanes get stuck.
