7.3 no oil pressure... new HPOP ??????

I have a 2000 - 7.3 with a no oil pressure read, oil is in resevoir, cam sensor is new, HPOP is new. Engins starts with starter fluid (yes I know) but doesn't keep going, has fuel to filter

any ideas?

did the oil port plugs get removed after shipment

Do you maybe have air in the line and you haven't cranked it long enough to purge it?
