Why does my '05 6.0 sound like this???

I recently straightpiped my '05 F250 and installed a set of 6" stacks. Ever since, it has sounded like the attached video! I thought it was a backpressure issue so removed the EBP sensor and tube and cleaned them, then replaced the sensor because the cleaning did not fix the problem. The new sensor didn't work , so I replaced the MAP sensor, and that STILL didn't work . Now I am thinking maybe it's a fuel pressure issue, so I am ordering the blue spring kit from Riff Raff Diesel, and picking up a fuel pressure gauge. The truck has a brand new Stage 1 (65mm) turbo and EGR delete kit, and the injectors were done about 2 years ago. The video shows a moderate acceleration from 0-60, and as you can see/hear the worst is in 2nd and 3rd gear. Once the truck is maintaining speed, the surging stops and it runs fine! It is also worse when the truck is cold vs. hot. Any opinions are greatly appreciated! I can't wait to get this problem fixed so I can install my Edge A2 monitor, and load up an SCT tune to wake this monster up!!!

Have you tried talking to the place where you got the turbo? Or tried talking to MTW, mad turbo werks? Its probably just a tuning issue, associated with the new turbo. A good tune might clear it right up. What injectors did you go with?

I wish I would have come here first! I talked to Vivian at Quick Tricks Diesel and she said the same thing, so I will be having her build me a good SCT tune... all well, at least now it has a new EBP sensor, MAP sensor, and fresh fuel filters . As for the injectors, I actually had 2 that were bad so I had those replaced and had the rest sent to a diesel shop to be cleaned (or whatever they do), so they still stock.

I know its a bit of money but... Some 155s or maybe even some 175s would really wake that new turbo up
