03 6.0 no power tried almost every thing. help.

alright 2003 6.0 f250. 150000ish miles. ive had problems for the past year i.e. missing, white blueish smoke, real lack of power and gitty up. ive run tests with auto ingenuity which didnt really show anything wrong. buzz tested the injectors and they all checked out. heres what ive replaced: FICM, TPS twice, upgraded egr cooler, flushed the oil cooler, cleaned egr valve, changed intake manifold gaskets. the latest was the egr cooler and the lack of power has actually gotten worse since i did it. i cant afford to have a dealership rape me on repairs and im getting tired of dumping money into maybe's all for no good. so any body who has gone through this and actually ended up figuring it out, please help, other wise my next investment will be c4 to blow it up with.

it pulled a bunch of weird codes at first, then we cleared it and none of them came back. it has thrown codes for the throttle position a couple of times and ive changed it twice never to fix the problem i was having.
