Cool Fuel in my anti-freeze

Just wondering if anyone could help me out here. About six months ago I replaced all my injector cups now 7,000 miles later more fuel is in the anti-freeze bottle. What is the chance its a head or head gasket? I have not ran it hard or towed heavy just wondering if anyone has had the same issue.

Crack in the head just above the cup.

Pull all the injectors and pressure up the cooling system and look for coolant drips above the cups.
