2007 6.0 Cold Start Problems

My husband's truck won't start in the winter unless it's plugged in. We have replaced the glo plug relay (twice), FIKM (three times), and wiring harness. Glo plugs are good, and when run on the computer at a Ford dealership, it said glo plugs or wiring harness, obviously not the problem. I read in one of these forums that it could be the batteries or the starter. Any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance!!

Are you having long cranks before starting? Could be the starter, have you done a load test on the batteries? Try starting it off a jump pack and if she starts up quicker it's the batteries

I had the same problem with my 04 f350. The truck at least would start cold but not run right. I had the computer updated with the newest ford programs and it fixed the cold start issues. I would try that. Better than throwing more parts at it.
