Riffraff Diesel: Motorcraft 7.3L Injector Cup Kit
Meh, I don't think it's very hard, just time consuming.
If you could, I'd replace the UVCH while you're in there. Maybe even the GPs if they need it.

you have cracked injector cups. i believe they are the things your injectors sit in. thay make a tool to remove and replace them.
