Tried to run my AE today. ?

I bought the AE program from Riffraff with the Ford enhancement. Loaded it on the laptop today and tried to hook it up to the F350. Screen came up saying the serial # on the security dongle did not match the hardware. I looked at the cable and the dongle. The numbers are the same except the cable has a -P at the end that the dongle does not. Has anyone else had this problem or do I now need to wait another 2 weeks for Riffraff to send me the correct dongle?
Any help.

Had that prob with mine when done it Friday. Called ae and this is what we did... unhook dongle and scan tool from computer.uninstall and reinstall...worked.. GOOD LUCK
