6.4 p2263 overboosting, no power, ebp sensor changed

i have a 2008 6.4 egr delete, dpf delete and a mini maxx, i just changed the ebp sensor and cleaned the tube.. the truck will spool up too 40psi and it wont have any pressure, its like its just spilling it out somewhere, ive checked around and havent noticed anything leaking, at 40psi ill be going about 70km/h at 1500rpm, i dont know what too do, ive booked an appointment with ford too use their computer, but i was hopeing someone knows about this issue. Also the trucks turbos will even kick out at times down too 0- 5 psi while driving, if you stop and listen by the tail pipe it sounds like a cummins instead of a 747...hopefully someone could help me out thanks a million!!!!
