Starter F250 2002 7.3

My starter on my 2002 F250 7.3 is, kicking out / disengaging. Is it the starter?

After removing the starter and checking the fly wheel, it turns out it was the starter.
I called around to NAPA, Advanced, and the dealers I was not with happy with both the price (dealers) and quality of the product (others, having read reviews). Surfing the the web I came across this co. Quality Power chrome alternators,starters,Odyssey, batteries I made the order before 3pm and the item was sitting on my porch the next day.

I actually prefer getting my original alternators/starters rebuilt. You would be without your truck for a couple days, and need another mode of transportation to get to the rebuild shop.
