EGR delete

How do trucks with EGR delete, etc make it with the Texas emissions inspections? Or are there no diesel trucks in Texas with EGR delete? Just curious, as I may want to establish residence in TX for full-timing. And I definitely want to do the "bullet-proofing" recommended for the 6.0 PSD. Thanks for the member's time and advice.
