6.0 wont restart when hot
Im using ae and cant find the problem on my 2005 f-350 king ranch dually with 62k miles. Truck starts cold no problem but wont restart when hot. I replaced both batteries with new ford ones becouse one was weak. I then had to replace FICM and then the alternator. All bought at ford. The truck sometimes will restart hot, but now usually does not. Im reading 12.5 volts on battery voltage at start up and 600+ psi on injectors and 48 volts and 12 volts at the FICM. ive cleaned the battery cable a couple times. Truck runs good and has never stalled or died while running. Does anyone have any ideas

Has an HPO leak. Either STC fitting, stand pipes or dummy plugs most likely.

At first it was one of the batteries that was bad, but there could have been another problem that has gotten worse. I thought it probally was the the injector oil pressure but it shows above 600+ when hot and trying to start. When i drive it and its hot the pressure will get to 3000+. I have run out of ideas. Also i have no codes either then the door chime one becouse i disconnected it. Thanks for any help

Unplug the ICP and see what the PSI jumps to when cranking

Where is the ICP?

Pass side valve cover just above the glow plug module.

If it starts unplugged, then you have a bad ICP sensor. If it doesn't start, it should show a higher pressure. If it shows a higher pressure, you have an HPO leak.
