well heck
well I am sitting here dumb founded as today I was headin down the Interstate 70 mph
in my 2005 6.0 350 king I just aquired 2 weeks ago with only 66.000 miles on it. good lookin truck never used for any towing at all bought it from a little old lady in Vegas always in garage. So today I was moving over to pass a semi and lost power and stalled with a half tank of fuel and no smoke or any notice this was comin all she does now is cranks over real good but wont start..... done, has this happened to anyone, and yes this is my first Powerstroke 6.0 have had a duramax 6.6 but never fuel problems any quidelines to follow here before I start hand out lots of cash, all suggestions appreciated thanks |

Sounds like a high pressure oil issue but I'm not sure, maybe somebody more knowledgeable will jump in.

thanks for the suggestion, does anyone know how muck fuel pressure I should have I was told by a gas
guy I should have about 700 psi but dont know if thats right as its late here all shops closed. and will just have to make some calls tomarrow, i love this truck I am not ever going back to chevy my wife came and picked me up in 1 thats hers laughin at me I guess I got it comin cause I was braggin all week how my truck was better then hers (gasoline drinkin 8.1) Last edited by Accurate1; 11-29-2012 at 06:24 PM. |
