rough idle after fuel filter change

Hey guys,

New to forums - need expert advice. I just changed the fuel filters on 6.0 PSD with 140,000 miles. I have owned it for 18 months. I just changed the fuel filters myself for the first time. I started the truck and it ran fine for about 15 seconds then began rough idle. I killed it, cycled the ignition without cranking about 4 times and started again but same rough idle. Not sure what to check next. Other than a FICM repair I had done I have never had rough idle or problems with fuel flow. Any tips?
