Talking electrical

I am wondering if I have a electrical drain or batteries going bad. When it gets cold outside my batteries go dead. I have tested my alternator and it is putting out 14.76 volts and each battery has 12.74 volts when disconnected from everything. I have tested amp draw with the vehicle off and it is almost nothing. Is there an intermittent electrical problem or is there no cranking amps left in the batteries when it is cold out? In the summer everything works great and this is the second winter with this problem. Any ideas would be great.
