crank no start no codes (ficm sync no)

04 f250 6.0 intermitantly cranks no start when cold it has crank signal, not showing a cam fault, icp is reading 700 psi give or take while cranking, ipr is around 30 but the ficm says (sync no)if i continue to crank in intervals so as not burn up stater or completly kill batteries it will eventually start (new ficm, new icp, new cam sensor, new connectors for ipr ,icp this has been kicking my #ss for quite a while and would take any sugggestions
