sick 6.0
I have an 06 F350, 135000 km, about 18000km since head studs,FICM, EGR cooler delete and Ford injectors. wont start when it is warmed up, got a code 2291 once,I know I have a leak in the high pressure oil system, replaced the IPR, ICP sensor, stand tubes and oil rail plugs.(all from Ford) None of this has made a difference. I am told the newer 6.0 didnt have problems with the pump. Where do I go now?????

If your confident in a hpo leak than replace the stc fitting on the back of the hpop. If you get the cover off and find the stc fitting has already been updated and are still having a hpo leak you need to air leak test the system while commanding the ipr shut and listen for leaks. Could be o-rings on top of injectors, bent/dinged/knicked or a bad hpop. Leak test is the only way to verify where the system is leaking.
