2002 7.3psd nostart nocommunication

Hey everyone. Wonder if I can get some help. I've got by buddy's 2002 F250SD here. It won't start, and the pcm fuse(22) keeps blowing and I have no scanner communication. Any ideas where to start or common thing that cause this?
I have checked the pcm & idm harnesses for proper continuity & shorts and volts and really can' find anything. Any help would be really appreciated.

Sounds like the fuel bowl heater shorted out. Unplug it, replace the fuse, and you should be on your way.
