hard start rough idle

hi guys i am new here very new. anyway i have a 93 f250 that suddenly has a hard starting issue along with running rough at idle, it will die if i dont baby sit the throttle.so far i have replaced the fuel filter and added some fuel treatment. any help would be great. thanks guys

sounds like a combination of glowplug and injector problems to me

My 04 had similar issues when my FICM was bad.

No FICM on an IDI

Sounds like an injector(s) issue. Any other symptoms? Smoke? What happens at higher idle?

Edit: I should have said fuel delivery issue, possibly injector or pump related.
