2003 low boost

I have a 2003 6.0 with low boost at lower rpm's and at 2500 rpm it will get to 16-17 lbs. Two codes show up: P0670 & 132B. I am sure it is something I have done to cause this situation. I did an EGR delete and an oil cooler replacement. Short of a complete redo of what I have done I really do not know what to do next. I have read of a smoke test at 20 psi, i have a smoke machine for gas engines that does not get anywhere near that high of pressure. HELp with some practical ideas please.

Have you checked for boost leaks at all the intercooler boots yet?
