Rough running

I have a 2002 7.3. When I first start it and run for a couple of minutes it runs fine. After a couple of minutes, it runs rough as if it is dropping a cyclender.( almost like it is straved for fuel) The check engine light come on but it does Not set a hard code. Also, sounds if the electric fuel pump runs longer than normal when I turn the key on.

I would appriciate any help i can get.
