Injector Cleaning

Anyone know if and how to clean fuel injectors? Are Cetane boosters and injector cleaners worth it? If so, any brands I should look for and amounts to use. Also, are there any brands I should stay away from? Christmas is just around the corner and I won't have the spare cash for injectors until February. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

im currently using hot shot secret in my oil and some cetane booster from advanced auto, and both seem to be helping a little more each day i drive. HSS is around $50 and the cetane was like 15 so not to bad considering the $ i'll save if they work.
