no start after running. Need help.

I have a 2007 f-250 6.0. I have replaced the ficm module & now will not start. It currently had 116,000 miles on it. Yesterday it started & ran for a couple of minutes then quit. Now won't start back up. Please help! The reason I replaced the ficm module was because of low voltage. Since I have replaced it has started but, when I turn it off wouldn't start back. I fnally got it started back up after it ran my batteries down & sprayed wd 40 in it. just took a while to get it started. Don't know what to do or how to fix.
