Loss of power(intermittent)

Hey!
I'm brand new to the Powerstroke world. I recently purchased 1996 F350 7.3.
And I am finding out through a crash course everything I need to know(about powerstroke engines) over the past four weeks. My '96 experiences a loss of power, like a hiccup, at speeds over 60 mph. This usually happens early in the morning and after appr. 10 minutes of driving. I have had some minor success correcting this by switching tanks. Also I have pulled over drained the fuel bowl(thinking it was water in the fuel). No dash lights present when the hiccup happens. I really don't mind driving 60 miles per hour. I just don't want to be limited. Any information would be appreciated.
