all injectors throwing codes?

hey guys!

i have an '06 1 ton that the CEL came on the other day. stopped by autozone and had them read the codes and it looks like i have 8 of them, for each injector. the truck runs good, starts fine (maybe a little rough for 20 seconds but nothing out of the ordinary) but it seems to not pull quite as good. just a little less power, I think.

i bought this truck about 3 months ago, and have changed the oil and oil filter, fuel filter, and i'm running some lucas fuel injector conditioner in it.

so i am thinking it's maybe a fuel pressure issue. anybody have some thoughts?

thanks, this seems to be a great fourm with lots of good info.

You need to check the FICM voltage. Probably a bad FICM. Search how to do that there are a few great threads that will tell you how.

i agreewith ars. the first thing that would be good to check would be the ficm, even before butting a wrench on it. could save alot of money in long run

Thanks, guys! The ficm was bad. Took it to a guy 50 miles away near Dallas and it works like a charm. Only driven it a day so far (I have been out of town) but so far so good. It sure cranks better. Thanks again!
