first off i had $2800 in injector work done to the truck about 2 months ago and about $500 in glowplug work. the truck cranks a little longer than my dads 99 f250 and when it does fire it kind of shakes a little bit and blows a huge cloud of white/blueish smoke and if u let it run for a while and floor the truck it has a delayed gas pedal it bogs down then hits high rpms and blows a cloud of white smoke again. i dont know if this is glowplug problems or if it is injector problems or if that is how the truck is because it is a 96. and also sometimes on my automatic transmission my overdrive light starts to blink and then the truck starts shifting at random times and shifting down and reving up its kinda weird if i pull over shut the truck off for a couple minutes then start it up it usually is fine i dont know what would cause it to do that.
thanks |

Your trans sounds like it may be needing a rebuild at some point. What was done on the injectors? For that much cash I would hope all 8 were replaced with new. And with the glowplugs I'm assuming 8 new glow plugs and a new GPR?
