AutoEnginuity ?
I was watching a video and it showed that you can enable and disable various settings, and I know you can alter the tire size for the speedo calibration. Are you able to let say close the EGR so it won't open?

You can't completely disable the EGR function with AE.

You'll need a tuner and a custom tune written to do that.
