04 f350 with 6.0 with problems

Hello. I have an 04 f350 with the 6.0 and last week it started acting like it was running out of fuel and then it would die. You could cycle the key a few times and it would start up again. Then the fuel pump start growling and i went ahead and changed the fuel pump and filters. And changed the oil again. I hooked up a snap-on scanner and checked the voltage on the ficm and it was at 47.5 volts. but the reading on the ICP was 5000. so i changed it. and now it starts up a bit slow and when its first started showing that the #1 injector is droping out and as it warms up #3,5,7 show they are dropping out. anyone got any ideas?????
