Please help intermitent long crank

I am having issues with starting i am not sure if a high pressure oil leak can be intermitent or not i did have my stc fitting fail a few mounths back. i am wondering if the ipr valve or the icp sensor are at fault. my ficm reads 48 volts. can my alternator have anything to do with this problem cuz sometime it takes a while to kick in

I have a 2004 and replaced the HPOP a few months ago. In my case, a ball fell out of the check valve, (what dealership told me) and it would not hold presure when shut down. I could crank my truck but it would take a about a minute of cycling the starter so not to burn it up. Had it changed now starts good. hope this helps.
