Help! I told my wife I could fix this. '01 powerstroke.

Hi, my wife's truck has been running rough for a while- she didn't tell me, and now I have to fix it to get through the smog inspection.
At first i suspected that I had a bad injector but now i'm not sure. I have a superchips programmer and the truck is tuned for the tow safe mode. I used the programmer as a diagnostic tool and it delivered the following codes:
#10. P1316. injector codes detected.
#9. P0340. camshaft pos'n sensorcircuit error. bank 1/1 sensor.
#8. P0672. glow plug #2 circuit failure.
#7 P0674. glow plug #4 circuit failure.
#6. P0675. glow plug #5 circuit failure.
#5. P0676. glow plug #6 circuit failure.
#4. P0677. glow plug #7 circuit failure.
#3. P0678. glow plug #8 circuit failure.
#2. P0683. glow plug control module to PCM Comm Circuit.
#1. P0670. glow plug control circuit error.

The truck is running almost as if it is missing, but when it has warmed up it is still rough but has good power. I thought it was an injector but the camshaft positioning sensor has my attention now. When I got the truck new the camshaft pos'n sensor crapped out after a few thousand miles. the glow plug thing surprised me as the truck starts ok. I would really appreciate input from anyone who has been through this. thank you

the truck has 173,00 miles
