Exclamation 99 F550 big trouble

Hello everybody I have a big issue with my truck, ok first I'll give you a bit of history the truck is a early 99 F550 with the 7.3 when I bought the truck it had 2 injectors that were sticking 1 stuck open the other closed when I got to lookin the oil was over serviced by about 8 quarts so I did a oil change the injector that was stuck open started working fine but the turbo no longer built boost other than that it ran fine, until last night when I was driving the truck and it sounded like the turbo blew out and a huge cloud of blue smoke bellowed out from under the hood when I opened the hood the whole passenger side of the engine bay was covered in oil and it when I try to start it, it sounds like it dragging.

Any help would be great thanks again
