6.0 problems need help

hi i am new to the site and i am hoping that someone can help point me in the right way on my 2004 f350 6.0 powerstroke. when i hold the truck at a constant speed the entire truck shakes like a tire is out of balance but whenever you let off or accelerate and when you try to start it he batterys will randomly go dead over night with out leaving any lights on or anything else i had it into a shop when this first started happening and the shop had never delt with somthing like this. if any one has any ideas send me an email
any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you.

well first off are your batteries new or old. if they are getting up there in years have them tested, i'd prolly just buy new ones. also check you alternator.

if it's shaking while driving and you don't think it's a tire or a driveshaft problem, check your fuel filters. are you getting any smoke? does it idle rough?
