08 king ranch in big trouble

I own a f250 08 6.4 with a banks ram air, banks dpf back, and dpf delete kit. 3 days ago empty merging on the highway clatter and smoke. I lost all compression in cyl 1. Dealership says they might not warranty it at all. I had to agree to let them pull my cab so they can pull a head to investigate. A new moter $17,000 if warrenty is voided. Is this possible can cold air and dpf delete void this. Or is to blame? will learn thurs. Any help or legal mumbo jumbo is needed. Thank you
