Things to look for when buying

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum. I'm currently looking at this white 2005 Ford F-350 diesel. It's got 294,850 kilometers (183,211miles) on the clock. I would like to know what to look for problems? What exactly should I test at the dealer? What are the key things?

Thanks guys!

This has been discussed so many times... I can't believe I'm responding. I see this is your first post. If you scroll to the top of your screen you'll the the 'Google Custom Search' box. The search button on the actual menu bar doesn't work too well. Trust me when I say that the google one works very well. I did a search for you and this is the best thead I found brother... welcome to the forum.

What to look for when buying a 6.0???

And here's Mitch's write up. He discusses coolant issues and how it relates to head gasket failures among other things. Good read.

Things to consider about owning a 6.0L
