late 95 7.3 Valve cover harness

My truck lost power all of a sudden and I want to check my injectors. If I remember correctly you can ohm them out but I can't remember how many ohms they are supposed to be. Also, there are two five pin plugs on mine and I believe they are arranged like this. #1 and #5 Glow plugs ohm to ground 2 ohms or less. #2, #3, #4 injectors where #3 is the ground and #2 and #4 are injectors. Can any one confirm this arrangement and /or know the proper ohm value range.
