04 6.0 question

i have a 04 f250 6.0 that is skipping when eng is cold. it clears up after 5 miles or so. the truck has had a lot of work. new ficm, oil cooler, hpop, 4 injectors, new fuel filters and coolant flush. i hear of this problem a lot but never hear anyone say what the cure may be. the truck blows absolutly no smoke and isnt loosing any coolant. i just bought the truck and it just started this all at once the 4th day i had it. any help would be appreciated, thanks
