2001 7.3L boost pressure

I was wondering what kinda boost pressure a stock turbo should be putting out on a 01 7.3L. Should it be making boost at idle? What should it spike at under heavy acceleration?

A stock 7.3 should make about 15-18 psi. You will not see any boost at idle, nor if you rev it up. You need a load to make boost.
