Draining 7.3 block?

Need to drain my block,7.3 PS 1999. Found what looks like a drain plug behind starter? What about the drivers side?Sucks I need to drop the starter to get to it. Input??? Thanks.

Found the drain on the drivers side. It is the ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Block heater!! Dua! I was looking down the side of the block and saw the wires going to it and said, that must be the block heater.
