Cool Help !

I have a 2004 F250 6.0 towed my boat to ramp about 25 miles all temp and oil ok, noticed fan comming on and off frequently. Got to ramp and it stearted white smoke waitied till night time much cooler and loosened degas cap no smoke. filled with water and heaaded back all ok *** far as temps,oil pressure. got home and checked oil. noticed water in oil chocolate color. im asuming oil cooler ,egr, head gaskets ? Degas bottle not puking but burned antifreeze smell. Thanks for help. Ordrered oil egr delete and studs and will do all upgrades,etc. My question is water in oil damage ?

Flush it well when you do the studs and coolers
