Missfire after installing new injectors

I installed a new set of injectors, glow plugs, and harnesses; After starting I have a bad misfire, did cylinder contribution test and found out it was #8. Replaced injector and still have same problem; buzz test shows no problems. Any suggestions?

Have you tried putting the old injector back in?

I am no diesel mech by any stretch.

edit: In other words, did that cylinder run fine before, and if so, have you tried putting it back to the same condition it was in before you started this project?
